- Be sure you have a current version of the Java Runtime Environment before installing the software. On most
Windows systems, you can determine the version of java you have by typing 'java -version' at a command (DOS) prompt.
If you are unsure of your version, it does not hurt to install the latest version from Sun's java website as
linked above.
- Click the download link above. We recommend you choose to 'Run this program from its current location' if
you are provided that option. If you choose to save the file to your hard disk,
double click on the executable 'rremote.exe' once it is finished.
- Follow the instructions provided in the installer.
- Contact your service representative for information about connecting to our server.
